Taxes and Duties

Deliveries in South Africa are shipped to on a DDP (delivery Duty paid) basis, which means all the relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing an air waybill number which you can use to track your order online. You can also contact our customer service team for active tracking on your delivery and we will update you on the status of your delivery with our shipping partners.
