Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Items in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. We offer products for sale that are in stock and available for delivery. With made to measure and made to order products, the delivery times are longer (3-4 weeks)

Pricing Policy

Prices shown on the site are in South African Rand and are inclusive of VAT.

All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The price of a product will be honored except in cases of patent error.

Customers ordering from a country served as DDP (South Africa) will not incur additional taxes and import duty. This is included in the retail price of our products. Whilst every effort is made to ensure pricing accuracy, we may from time to time discover an error in the pricing of our products. We will notify you as soon as possible and rectify the error.

Order Invoices

Once you have made your choice and our order has been paid, you will receive an electronic email. This is a confirmation that your order has been accepted and is being processed for delivery,

After that a dispatching email will be sent with all your delivery details and a tracking number for you to track your shipment.

As we work tirelessly to ensure high customer service, our customer care team will actively track your shipment to ensure a smooth and seamless delivery. Because we care about our customers’ satisfaction, the sale contract between you and Shawn Marshall ends when your shipment is delivered.

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to accept our order in the event that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that the item ordered is out of stock and or does not satisfy our quality control standards. Order paid for via EFT will only be processed for delivery once the payment reflects in Shawn Marshall's bank account. Your proof of payment will only ensure that your order is set aside and is secured for you.

Your use of our and its contents grants you no right in relation to any copyright, designs, trademarks and all other material rights relating to the Content on our Site. Copying, the use of and redistribution of any of our products is prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties.
