For Returns please contact our customer care service team via email, whatsapp or telephone. We will issue you with a return number. You must request your return within 10 working days of order receipt. Shipping costs to return items to MiStyle will be covered by the customer. Upon receipt a fashion Consultant will contact you to let you know the options available.
For customers in JHB, returns can be brought to our store, and an exchange or shop credit will be offered.
Items should be returned unused with all packaging and garment bags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled due to your handling will be sent back to the client and exchanges or credits refused. Returns must have full designer packaging and authenticity cards attached. All shoes should be tried on carpeted surface to avoid scratches on soles.
Goods are faulty if they are received damage, where a manufacturing fault occurs and damages during the delivery process by the delivery company.
Items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty.
Please note exchanges are subject to availability of stock otherwise an online store credit will be issued.
